No matter your head size or shape, FEND has you covered. Using an integrated dial fit system, adjustable straps, and extra pads, we've created the perfect fit just for you. The comfortable, lightweight, and adjustable design allows you to easily fold and store the helmet conveniently in any bag or backpack.
To find your perfect fit, use a string, shoelace, or USB cable to wrap around your head just above your eyebrows, mark where the string overlaps, and measure against a ruler or yardstick. The FEND One helmet is offered in two sizes: Small (21.5 - 22 inches or 54 - 56 cm) and Medium/Large (22 - 24 inches or 56 - 61 cm). If you're in-between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
Once fully opened, the FEND helmet clicks into place and is designed with a patented safety locking mechanism to ensure it will not close on impact. The adjustable straps and the rear dial fit adjuster allow for a custom fit, keeping the helmet secure on your head.
